Introduction

IPMAT (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test) is the entrance examination for the five-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Indore. The IPMAT 2024 registration process opened on February 14, 2024, and the last date to submit the online application was April 26, 2024.

IPMAT Syllabus

The syllabus is designed to evaluate candidates aspiring to pursue management education at India’s premier institutes. The examination primarily covers three sections:

  • Quantitative Ability
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Verbal Ability

The Quantitative Ability section consists of both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Short Answer (SA) questions, while the Verbal Ability section contains only MCQs. The examination evaluates analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, reasoning skills, and language proficiency. A thorough understanding of the syllabus is essential for scoring well in the examination.

IPMAT Registration

Candidates must complete the IPMAT application process online by following the steps below:

  1. Register on the Official Website
    Visit the official IPMAT portal and complete the registration process by entering the required personal details. After successful registration, candidates receive their Registration Number and Password via email.
  2. Complete the Application Form
    Log in using your credentials and fill in all personal, academic, and communication details carefully.
  3. Upload Required Documents
    Upload your passport-size photograph, signature, and category certificates (NC-OBC, SC, ST, or PwD), if applicable. Verify all details before submitting the application.
  4. Pay the Application Fee
    Complete the online payment using the available payment methods.
  5. Print the Application Form
    After successful submission, download and print the application form for future reference.
