A certified Independent Director, Dr. Y. Lakshman Kumar (YLK) is an M.Com, M.B.A, EMC from C.M.C – Canada and also a Ph.D. in Brand Management. His experience spans over 38 years in Sales Management, Brand Management, Marketing, Teaching, Training, Consulting, Placements, Academics, Examinations and Institution building. He has been part of well-known universities/colleges in India in various capacities and has successfully launched innovative PG and UG-level programs. From humble beginnings as a lecturer (BIM – Trichy) to leading a University as the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. YLK has vast experience in the academic arena. For almost a decade, his industry experience includes sales and marketing positions with companies like MDPL and TTK. Taught marketing courses at IIT Chennai (7 Years as a Visiting Faculty), IFMR Chennai (Kriya University – 7 years as a Visiting Faculty), and IIM Vizag as a visiting faculty member for many years. Dr. YLK has published papers and cases in reputed journals and has reviewed various marketing books. He reviewed Marketing Management by Philip Kotler (13th Edition). Over 1,500 executives benefitted from his MDP’s EDP Programs, which focus on marketing, sales, and brand management. Given his area of interest, Dr. YLK has been a distinguished and prominent speaker at many organizations in India on Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Published more than 30 quality research papers and guided 2 Ph.D’s. His accomplishments include: 1. Got the Outstanding Faculty Award in the country (Among all Management Schools) in June 2021 by Zee Edu Future, a Division of Zee Media. 2. Best Professor Award 2015, for Marketing by Dewang Mehta Foundation 3. 50 Innovative Leaders in Education Award 2019 by World Congress 4. Received an Award for Best Business School in Telangana 2019 from the then Honourable Vice President, M. Venkaiah Naidu, for his former organization.

Mr. Krishna Korada is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with 14 years of teaching experience in Costing and Financial Management for CA/CMA (Inter) and CA/CMA (Final) levels. He has taught at various institutions across South India and served as a guest faculty at ICAI chapter offices.

He is a passionate trainer with 20+ years of experience in Investment Banking Operations and has worked with reputed multinational companies like State Street Bank, Deutsche Bank, Broadridge Financials, Franklin Templeton and GE Capital. He is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant by qualification. As the head of ASDC he's now fully determined to pass on his learnings to the student fraternity of India and help in shaping their careers.

Mentor & Trainer with 15+ years of expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. He has successfully mentored numerous students preparing for competitive exams like CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, Banking, SSC and Civil Services. His guidance empowers aspirants to achieve their academic and career objectives.

With over 20+ years of expertise in business analytics, taxation & digital education, he is a Microsoft Certified Educator, GST Practitioner & Tally Certified Trainer. He has trained professionals from top companies like HUL, ITC & Tata Tele. and serves as a resource person for ICAI, ICWAI, MCRHRDI, OU & TU, bridging academia and industry.

Dr. Neetu Sachdev holds qualifications including B.Com, MBA (Finance), MBA (Marketing), M.Phil., Ph.D., and APSET. With 23 years of experience in teaching, administration, research, and consulting, she is committed to fostering a forward-thinking and results-driven academic environment while continuously enhancing her skills to benefit the institution.

Dr. Y.S.S. Savitri Devi is a postgraduate in Computer Science with a bachelor's degree in education. With 18 years of dedicated experience, she is a passionate educationist committed to creating meaningful impacts and contributing to society through her work.

Ms. Lahari Sagi, with qualifications including MBA, M.Com, LLB, PGC from IIMN, and FDA from IIMK, is a dedicated career guidance counsellor and mentor. With 20 years of experience in guiding students across universities and colleges, she now serves as the Principal of Avinash College of Commerce.

With 30 years of academic experience, Ms. Malladi Phanimala is dedicated to maintaining rigorous academic standards. Her passion for exploring new ideas creates a positive and productive academic community.

Ms. Shubha Bhasin, holding qualifications in MA (English), B.Ed, and DELF (French) A1 and A2, has over 34 years of academic experience, including a decade with AGI. Known for her expertise in teaching French and strong administrative abilities, she fosters a thriving campus environment and builds a meaningful rapport with students.

Ms. Satyavathi K., M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D. (Pursuing), SAFe 6.0 & POPM Certified, serves as the Principal of Avinash College of Commerce, Secunderabad Campus. With over 28 years of experience in higher education, academic leadership, and the corporate sector, she brings a unique blend of academic excellence and industry expertise. A Certified Master Trainer (CTPD), she has also held leadership roles in Engagement, Delivery, and Release Management at Deloitte. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at GIET University, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and academic excellence.
